48th mostra del Cartizze e Valdobbiadene DOCG
The 48th wine exhibition of Cartizze and Valdobbiadene DOCG was inaugurated, as tradition, on Holy Saturday in San Pietro di Barbozza village. In the two weeks when it was open, there have been many events, including the traditional competition among the wineries of the village. San Pietro di Barbozza in fact is well known for being part of the area where Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG is produced, and also as one of the best areas for Valdobbiadene DOCG's sparkling wines production.
In this edition, the Santa Eurosia winery was awarded with the gold medal in the Extra Dry Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wine category, confirming the good feelings for the 2017 vintage.
