The grapes are exclusively from the Valdobbiadene hills, then white vinified. This sparkling wine undergoes a careful second fermentation in pressure tanks, at the end of which 8 grams per litre of residual sugars are left, hence the name “Zerotto” (zero-eight)

ALCOHOLIC STRENGHT: 11,5% vol.

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 8 g/l

TOTAL ACIDITY: 6,20 g/l

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Glera

HARVEST PERIOD: 15 to 30 September

YELD PER HECTARE: 13,500 kg

VINIFICATION: gentle pressing with limited skin contact

PRIMARY FERMENTATION: at controlled temperature with selected yeasts

SECONDARY FERMENTATION: 40 days

COLOR: straw yellow

PERLAGE: fine, persistent

AROMA: intense scents reminiscent of white pulp fruit

FLAVOUR: very fine and intense, with hints of fruit

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

STORAGE: store in a dry place with constant humidity, away from light
