Extra Dry

The grapes are exclusively from the Valdobbiadene hills. Extra Dry is the classical version that combines aroma and velvety flavour with vivacious bubbles, created by a slow second fermentation in pressure tanks and its 16 grams per litre of residual sugars, hence the name “Zerosedici” (zero-sixteen)

HARVEST PERIOD: 15 to 30 September

YELD PER HECTARE: 13,500 kg

VINIFICATION: gentle pressing with limited skin contact

PRIMARY FERMENTATION: at controlled temperature with selected yeasts

SECONDARY FERMENTATION: 40 days

COLOR: straw yellow

PERLAGE: fine, persistent

AROMA: intense scents reminiscent of white pulp fruit

FLAVOUR: soft and perfectly balanced, with excellent persistence

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C

STORAGE: store in a dry place with constant humidity, away from light
